OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The supply of goods to the Government by registered suppliers under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the supply of goods to the Government by registered suppliers is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of goods to the Government is undertaken, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Rajasthan.
