OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The storage of inflammable goods by owners of a warehouse of inflammable goods under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the storage of inflammable goods by owners of a warehouse of inflammable goods is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application in Form E to the Relief Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of inflammable goods is undertaken, and the Relief Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
