OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The running of a coaching centre by coaching centres under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat on the manner in which the running of a coaching centre by coaching centres is to be regulated under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall make an application in Form G to the School Tribunal within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a coaching centre is undertaken, and the School Tribunal shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
