OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The drawing and disbursement of funds by Drawing and Disbursing Officers under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the drawing and disbursement of funds by Drawing and Disbursing Officers is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.

2. The matter has been examined. Every Drawing and Disbursing Officer carrying on the drawing and disbursement of funds shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Controller General of Accounts within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the drawing and disbursement of funds is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
