OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The teaching in a recognised school by teachers under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the teaching in a recognised school by teachers is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982.

2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall make an application in Form G to the Director of Education within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the teaching in a recognised school is undertaken, and the Director of Education shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
