OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The provision of services to aggrieved persons by service providers under the Goa Children's Act, 2003, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the General Administration Department, Government of Goa on the manner in which the provision of services to aggrieved persons by service providers is to be regulated under the Goa Children's Act, 2003.
2. The matter has been examined. Every service provider carrying on the provision of services to aggrieved persons shall make an application in Form VIII to the Juvenile Justice Board within three days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the provision of services to aggrieved persons is undertaken, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Goa.
