OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information Technology Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the manner in which the working of a winery by licensees of a winery is to be regulated under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form H to the Excise Appellate Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
