STANDING ORDER

All Circle Officers,

Subject: The holding of an inam by inamdars under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 (Telangana Act 9 of 2020), the Education Department, Government of Telangana hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the holding of an inam by inamdars.

2. The matter has been examined. Every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall make an application in Form 14 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. The Circle Officer shall ensure that mutation is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Telangana.
