OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The printing of a periodical by printers under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the printing of a periodical by printers is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955.

2. The matter has been examined. Every printer carrying on the printing of a periodical shall make an application in Form I to the Registering Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the printing of a periodical is undertaken, and the Registering Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
