OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The execution of contracts by contractors under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the execution of contracts by contractors is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Public Accounts Committee within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of contracts is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Rajasthan.
