OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh on the manner in which the management of a math by managers of a math is to be regulated under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form F to the Waqf Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a math is undertaken, and the Waqf Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
