OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The receipt of grants by grantees under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the receipt of grants by grantees is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application in Form GFR 12-C to the Public Accounts Committee within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt of grants is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
