OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The offering of online games by online gaming operators under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Transport Department, Government of Goa on the manner in which the offering of online games by online gaming operators is to be regulated under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976.

2. The matter has been examined. Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application in Form F to the Sports Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the offering of online games is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Goa.
