OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The carrying on of a trade by persons carrying on a trade within the municipal limits under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh on the manner in which the carrying on of a trade by persons carrying on a trade within the municipal limits is to be regulated under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits carrying on the carrying on of a trade shall make an application in Form D to the Town Vending Committee within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a trade is undertaken, and the Town Vending Committee shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
