OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The provision of consultancy services to the Government by empanelled consultants under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the provision of consultancy services to the Government by empanelled consultants is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.
2. The matter has been examined. Every empanelled consultant carrying on the provision of consultancy services to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the provision of consultancy services to the Government is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
