OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Dealing in military stores by dealers in military stores under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka on the manner in which dealing in military stores by dealers in military stores is to be regulated under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in military stores carrying on dealing in military stores shall make an application in Form H to the Government of Karnataka within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which dealing in military stores is undertaken, and the Government of Karnataka shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
