STANDING ORDER
To
All Auditors of Trusts,
Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951), the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a society by societies.
2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form G to the Endowments Tribunal within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. The Auditor of Trusts shall ensure that certificate of registration is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Endowments Tribunal within sixty days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
