OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Home Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium is to be regulated under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application in Form C to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a gymnasium is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Telangana.
