OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The running of a swimming pool by operators of a swimming pool under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the running of a swimming pool by operators of a swimming pool is to be regulated under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall make an application in Form E to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a swimming pool is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Telangana.
