OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The provision of services to aggrieved persons by service providers under the Goa Children's Act, 2003, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Goa on the manner in which the provision of services to aggrieved persons by service providers is to be regulated under the Goa Children's Act, 2003.

2. The matter has been examined. Every service provider carrying on the provision of services to aggrieved persons shall make an application in Form VI to the District Magistrate within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the provision of services to aggrieved persons is undertaken, and the District Magistrate shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Goa.
