OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders... Act, 1982, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Home Department, Government of Tamil Nadu on the manner in which the supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force is to be regulated under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders... Act, 1982.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application in Form C to the Cantonment Board within three days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of stores is undertaken, and the Cantonment Board shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
