OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Participation in procurement by bidders under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which participation in procurement by bidders is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall make an application in Form GFR 12-C to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in procurement is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
