OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the management of a math by managers of a math is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form C to the Board within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a math is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
