OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The holding of a Government guarantee by guarantee holders under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the holding of a Government guarantee by guarantee holders is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.
2. The matter has been examined. Every guarantee holder carrying on the holding of a Government guarantee shall make an application in Form GFR 40 to the Public Accounts Committee within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of a Government guarantee is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
