OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Urban Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh on the manner in which the administration of a trust by trustees is to be regulated under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951.

2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form A to the Commissioner of Endowments within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
