OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The manufacture of sports goods by sports goods manufacturers under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the General Administration Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the manufacture of sports goods by sports goods manufacturers is to be regulated under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall make an application in Form E to the Disciplinary Panel within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of sports goods is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Telangana.
