OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The possession of land by persons in possession of land under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the possession of land by persons in possession of land is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the possession of land is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
