OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Agriculture Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh on the manner in which the supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force is to be regulated under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.
2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application in Form D to the Commanding Officer of the Unit within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of stores is undertaken, and the Commanding Officer of the Unit shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
