OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The keeping of a dharamshala by keepers of a dharamshala under the Uttar Pradesh Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Revenue Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh on the manner in which the keeping of a dharamshala by keepers of a dharamshala is to be regulated under the Uttar Pradesh Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall make an application in Form G to the Endowments Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a dharamshala is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
