OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Law Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the cultivation of land as tenant by tenants is to be regulated under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 12 to the Tahsildar within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Telangana.
