OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information Technology Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land is to be regulated under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020.
2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 3 to the State Government within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Telangana.
