OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The administration of vaccines by operators of a vaccination centre under the Tamil Nadu Private Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Act, 1997, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu on the manner in which the administration of vaccines by operators of a vaccination centre is to be regulated under the Tamil Nadu Private Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Act, 1997.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a vaccination centre carrying on the administration of vaccines shall make an application in Form 41 to the Appropriate Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of vaccines is undertaken, and the Appropriate Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
