OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The holding of land assessed to revenue by holders of land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Revenue Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the holding of land assessed to revenue by holders of land is to be regulated under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020.

2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application in Form 3 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land assessed to revenue is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Telangana.
