OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The running of a training centre by training centres under the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or Posts) Act, 2018, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information Technology Department, Government of Karnataka on the manner in which the running of a training centre by training centres is to be regulated under the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or Posts) Act, 2018.
2. The matter has been examined. Every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall make an application in Form V to the National Trust within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a training centre is undertaken, and the National Trust shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Karnataka.
