STANDING ORDER

To

All Controllers of Accounts,

Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Rajasthan hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the submission of accounts for audit by auditees.

2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Directorate of Treasuries within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. The Controller of Accounts shall ensure that bill is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Directorate of Treasuries within ninety days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Rajasthan.
