OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Energy Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the survey of land by licensed surveyors is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Collector within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
