OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960.

2. The matter has been examined. Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application in Form H to the Appellate Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of a group housing scheme is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
