OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Participation in procurement by bidders under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Urban Development Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which participation in procurement by bidders is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012.
2. The matter has been examined. Every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall make an application in Form GFR 40 to the Accountant General within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in procurement is undertaken, and the Accountant General shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Rajasthan.
