STANDING ORDER

All Revenue Inspectors,

Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023 (Andhra Pradesh Act 27 of 2023), the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the cultivation of land as tenant by tenants.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 12 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.

3. The Revenue Inspector shall ensure that khasra is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and twenty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
