OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the manner in which the storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials is to be regulated under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009.

2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form G to the State Authority within three days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
