OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The furnishing of information relating to a third party by third parties under the Kerala State Right to Service Act, 2012, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Law Department, Government of Kerala on the manner in which the furnishing of information relating to a third party by third parties is to be regulated under the Kerala State Right to Service Act, 2012.

2. The matter has been examined. Every third party carrying on the furnishing of information relating to a third party shall make an application in Form A to the Central Information Commission within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the furnishing of information relating to a third party is undertaken, and the Central Information Commission shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Kerala.
