PRESS NOTE
Subject: The receipt of foreign contribution by recipients of foreign contribution under the Live-stock Importation Act, 1898, regarding.
1. The Central Government has reviewed the policy on the receipt of foreign contribution and has decided as follows.
2. Every recipient of foreign contribution carrying on the receipt of foreign contribution may do so subject to the conditions set out in the annexure, and the Reserve Bank shall be informed in Form ANF-2A within seven days.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt of foreign contribution is undertaken, and the Reserve Bank shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this press note may be brought to the notice of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade.
