OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The support of athletes by athlete support personnels under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Law Department, Government of Goa on the manner in which the support of athletes by athlete support personnels is to be regulated under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976.

2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall make an application in Form E to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the support of athletes is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Goa.
