STANDING ORDER

To

All Deputy Registrars,

Subject: The construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 (Uttar Pradesh Act 13 of 1972), the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme.

2. The matter has been examined. Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application in Form C to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. The Deputy Registrar shall ensure that possession letter is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within thirty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
