STANDING ORDER

To

All Pay and Accounts Officers,

Subject: The supply of goods to the Government by registered suppliers under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the supply of goods to the Government by registered suppliers.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Finance Commission within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. The Pay and Accounts Officer shall ensure that sanction order is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Finance Commission within sixty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan.
