STANDING ORDER

To

All Pay and Accounts Officers,

Subject: The receipt of grants by grantees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the receipt of grants by grantees.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application in Form GFR 41 to the Public Accounts Committee within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. The Pay and Accounts Officer shall ensure that sanction order is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Public Accounts Committee within twenty-one days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan.
