OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The administration of a temple by executives officer of a temple under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh on the manner in which the administration of a temple by executives officer of a temple is to be regulated under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951.

2. The matter has been examined. Every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall make an application in Form F to the Endowments Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a temple is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
