STANDING ORDER

To

All Deputy Tahsildars,

Subject: The cultivation of land as a sharecropper by sharecroppers under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 (Andhra Pradesh Act 21 of 1950), the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the cultivation of land as a sharecropper by sharecroppers.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall make an application in Form 3 to the Land Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. The Deputy Tahsildar shall ensure that survey number is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Land Tribunal within thirty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
