OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The conduct of adventure sports by adventure sports operators under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Goa on the manner in which the conduct of adventure sports by adventure sports operators is to be regulated under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976.

2. The matter has been examined. Every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall make an application in Form F to the Disciplinary Panel within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of adventure sports is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Goa.
