STANDING ORDER

All Deputies Director of Education,

Subject: The running of a coaching centre by coaching centres under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Andhra Pradesh Act 1 of 1982), the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a coaching centre by coaching centres.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall make an application in Form B to the School Tribunal within seven days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. The Deputy Director of Education shall ensure that recognition is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the School Tribunal within seven days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
